Two Color Pad Printing Machine with Shuttle, Kinnari has a wide range of 2 color pad printing machines with shuttle with varied pinting sizes and images possible like two color pad printing machines / 2 color pad printing machine, open inkwell pad printing machine, separate open inkwell pad printing machine, etc. In a shuttle type machine. The component to be printed is placed on the fixture mounted on a shuttle. There are two different pads which pick up two different colors from the divided etched plate in case of open inkwell or from two separate plates in case of closed cup system and move towards the product to print. The first color is printed on the component by the first pad. Then the shuttle comes into play. It takes the component and travels to the second pad automatically and second color is printed.The component shuttles back to its home position where the product is unloaded and second product is loaded. |

Three Color Pad Printing Machine with Big Shuttle or Tempo Printing Machines like 3 color pad printing machine, three color pad printing machine with shuttle, shuttle type three color pad printing machine, etc are used for multi color printing process. The components to be printed are placed on the fixture mounted on the big shuttle. There are three different pads, which pick up different colors from the divided etched plate in case of open inkwell or from three separate plates in case of closed cup system. Multicolor Pad Printing Machine with Oval Indexing System like multicolor pad printing machine, automatic multi color pad printing machine, etc., Kinnari has developed their own highly technically sound Oval indexing systems which are required for printing from two-four colors on a product with picture perfect registration. The component to be printed is continously placed on the fixtures(normally 16) mounted on the base plate of the Oval Index Table. There are two color printing machine in multicolor pad printing machine, i.e, three color printing machine and four Color printing machine which pick up two / three / four different colors from the divided etched plate in case of open inkwell or from two / three / four separate plates in case of closed cup system and move towards the product to print.
