Multicolor Pad Printing Machine with Oval Indexing System like multicolor pad printing machine, automatic multi color pad printing machine, etc., Kinnari has developed their own highly technically sound Oval indexing systems which are required for printing from two-four colors on a product with picture perfect registration. The component to be printed is continously placed on the fixtures(normally 16) mounted on the base plate of the Oval Index Table. There are two color printing machine in multicolor pad printing machine, i.e, three color printing machine and four Color printing machine which pick up two / three / four different colors from the divided etched plate in case of open inkwell or from two / three / four separate plates in case of closed cup system and move towards the product to print. The first color is printed on the component by the first pad. The second color by second pad, third color by third pad and fourth color by fourth pad. The products continosuly move one by one under each of the head and get printed and can be unloaded on other side of conveyor.
